What led you to become interested in wearing slips?

It actually came from my love of Full Fashioned nylons. After I wore them the first time (and became hooked!) I decided to try other types of vintage lingerie. I went to a local thrift shop to see what I could find and I bought my very first (two!) slips that day. I wasn't specifically looking for slips but between the silky nylon and pretty lace, I could tell that they were something special. And the rest, as they say, is history. I've been collecting slips ever since. And that was just about a little over a year or so.

What styles and colors of slips do you like the most?

I prefer all of those dreamy colors from the 1950's....lemon yellow, light pink, baby blue, peach, cream, lavender, mint green, etc. Basically pastels. Although I prefer those colors, I like to collect them in ALL the colors that I can find. As for styles, well, I'm a full slip gal myself! ;) And I *love* lots of lace! I only buy vintage slips as they usually tend to have lots of lace and lavish embroidery. Newer slips have very little lace on them--if any at all! :(      

And one of my favorite styles would have to be the ones with the deep accordion pleated hems and bodices

A lot of guys are self-conscious about being a slip-lover. What's your feeling about guys who get weak-in-the-knees at the sight of a woman in a slip?

I think it's very sweet and I like that. In a way, a slip is the symbol of feminity....soft, silky, lacy, pretty. I can see how enticing it is to catch a glimpse of white lace peeking out from under a skirt. It says that the wearer takes care in wearing pretty undergarments. I'll admit that a few years ago, I didn't wear slips. But ever since I started collecting them, I wear them every chance I get! I wasn't aware of how many slip lovers there are out there and what an effect it has them. I know that I feel extra feminine when I know I'm wearing a slip under my skirt or dress.

Do you like to tease guys as much as they obviously like to be teased?

Well, seeing as I have the type of website I do, I think that one answers itself! ;)

But yes, I love teasing and I think there needs to be more of that. So much of what you see on the net is so "in your face". I prefer to leave something to the imagination. I enjoy dressing up in beautiful lingerie, and it doesn't come off in the first 5 photos! lol. And I can tell from the feedback that I get from my Members and visitors that a lot of men DO enjoy the tease.

How would you suggest a guy approach his lady about wearing a slip?

Well I would say that he should start off by buying her a slip. Now, for the first slip you buy her, you MUST keep her preferences in mind. Does she have a favorite color? Look for a slip in that color. Does she like lots of frills or does she prefer her lingerie a bit simpler? Also, you MUST make sure that you get the slip in her correct size! If she eventually warms up to the idea of wearing slips, you can then present her with styles that YOU prefer. But the idea is to have the slip appeal to HER tastes and get her interested in wearing them.

After that, plan a special moment to present it to her--make sure you have it in a gift box! Tell her you bought her something special to wear and you took care in buying it. Point out that you even got it in her favorite color (if that's possible). You could tell her that you've always loved slips and think they are so feminine (on a woman). Some women really enjoy wearing what their partner likes to see them in.

If she hasn't already put it on, encourage her to try it on --to see if it fits of course! ;) MAKE SURE you compliment her while she is wearing it! Don't compliment the slip more than her! She may just think you are interested in just the slips and then your sunk! You want her to feel alluring and hopefully she'll understand the"power" slips have.
